MIDI/KAR library management for Windows and Linux

From your existing MIDI/KAR folders to a checked Organized Library.

MIDI Manager scans the folders you already have, reads filenames, embedded MIDI/KAR metadata and technical data, and uses local-first music references to help identify artist and title. Uncertain results go to Review. Only files you approve are copied into a separate Organized Library, while the original files stay where they are. You can then search, browse and play your collection, and the Organized Library remains ordinary files and folders that belong to you.

1. Scan and index: select existing folders. Files are indexed without being moved or renamed.
2. Analyze and identify: filenames, embedded metadata, technical data and local-first references help determine artist and title.
3. Review uncertainty: uncertain identifications go to Review. You approve them or correct artist and title.
4. Copy and verify: only approved files are copied into the Organized Library, then the copied output is verified.

Important before you buy

Your files and your 1.x license stay yours.

Your files are not locked in

Source folders stay where they are. The Organized Library is made of ordinary MIDI/KAR files in a folder you choose, so those files remain accessible outside MIDI Manager.

Lifetime means the whole 1.x generation

Bug fixes, stability, security and compatibility updates, plus improvements to existing 1.x functionality, are included at no extra cost for as long as the product version is 1.x.

2.x is only for major new product areas

A future 2.x may introduce genuinely new capabilities such as karaoke tools, Shazam-like recognition, MIDI editing or instrument-changing workflows. Upgrading will be optional and discounted for existing 1.x customers; your 1.x license keeps working.
