There is no monthly or yearly subscription. Your paid 1.x license remains valid for MIDI Manager 1.x even after a future 2.x release exists.
Every 1.x update is included
Bug fixes, stability, compatibility, security work and improvements to existing 1.x functionality are included for the entire 1.x generation.
2.x is an optional major upgrade
A future 2.x is reserved for genuinely new product areas. Existing 1.x customers keep 1.x and can choose a discounted paid upgrade if they want 2.x.
Your files remain yours
Source files and your Organized Library remain normal files on your storage. A license change or future major version does not remove or lock those files.
Examples of major new 2.x areas could include karaoke creation/editing, Shazam-like recognition, MIDI editing or changing instruments. Exact future features and upgrade prices will be announced only when they are ready.

When Trial / Free reaches 100 organized files, MIDI Manager remains available for read-only browsing, search, Review Queue cleanup, liking/unliking organized files and single-file playback. New organizing/copy growth requires Personal or Professional.
