1. Open the official Microsoft Store listing
Use the MusicNote Haven Downloads page or the Microsoft Store link above. Confirm the product name is MusicNote Haven MIDI Manager and the publisher is MusicNote Haven.
What you need
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 desktop/laptop with Microsoft Store access.
- A small test folder with unsorted MIDI/KAR files.
- A separate output folder for the Organized Library.
- MIDI Manager is local desktop software.
- Your MIDI files are not uploaded to this website.
- Existing settings/profile data were retained in Store acceptance testing.
- Keep independent backups before working with important archives.
Microsoft Store button wording can vary with your Windows display language.

2. Install from Microsoft Store
Choose Get/Install in Microsoft Store and let Windows finish the download and installation. Do not use the older unsigned Setup.exe as the current public Windows route.
3. Open MIDI Manager
When Microsoft Store shows Open, launch MIDI Manager. The accepted Store package identity is MusicNoteHaven.MusicNoteHavenMIDIManager and the Store package version is 1.1.0.0.
4. Check existing settings and profile
If you used MIDI Manager before, open Settings and confirm your source, Organized Library, archive, generated-output and SoundFont paths. Store acceptance testing retained the existing settings/profile; still verify your own folders before indexing.
5. Confirm the application version
Open Settings > Licensing and confirm App version 1.1.0. On the accepted Windows test, the installed Store package was 1.1.0.0 x64 with status Ok.
6. Verify the Dashboard before work
Return to the Dashboard. Confirm your database/profile state and configured folders look correct before running Source Index, Deep Analysis, Search or Library Organizer.
7. Updates and uninstalling
Microsoft Store manages Store updates. Windows Installed Apps can remove the application. Removing the app does not delete your external MIDI source or Organized Library folders; keep those folders backed up independently.
